Welcome to the Fellowship Church Friday E-letter.  Great and exciting things are happening at the Fellowship Church.  It’s been amazing to see the hand of the Lord Jesus upon us, to God be all the glory.

Testimony from a first time visitor last Sunday;  ‘Your talk felt like it spoke directly to me.  When I raised my hand and (reluctantly) stood up, I was kind of shaking and the kind gentleman next to me put his hand on me and I experienced a profound moment of hopeful calm and love from someone who doesn’t know me from Adam.’

My thoughts go to the hymn; At Calvary. ‘O the love that drew salvation’s plan!
O the grace that brought it down to man, O the mighty gulf that God did span — at Calvary.  Mercy there was great and grace was free, Pardon there was multiplied to me.  There my burdened soul found liberty– At Calvary.’

This Sunday, come to Church with singing and I’ll be sharing, ‘Samson a man of contradiction.’  We like for others to see us in the best light but the Bible sheds light on all the different sides of life so we can serve Jesus in whatever season we’re in.

Eva Tobin (Eve’s Soap Company) will have things for sale on Sunday to help her raise money for her mission trip.  Thank you to all those that have given to missions for great shall be your reward.

This Sunday we have Kids Zone and nursery for the children.  Our main service starts at 10:30 but if you come around 10 we have tea and coffee for a time of fellowship.  There is also a prayer time from 10 to 10:15 in a separate area.

Call or text the church 902 567-9830 or send an email; office@cbfellowship.ca  You can also give a donation using our email.

We have extra parking at Mahoney’s but this weekend they are planning to paint their building and we’ll provide a drive to the church from the parking area to the left of Harold’s Bakery and Kenny’s pizza.  It’s a 10 minute walk for those who like walking.

Our web site is still under construction and our church information list is also being updated.  Starting soon we’ll have ‘A Connect Desk’ at the church to help us update our church files.
